J2S’s history dates back over 40 years. Commencing life as Options Training Inc (OTI) as a Community Youth Support Service and then as a SkillShare, helping the unemployed and underemployed gain the skills required to gain work in an ever changing environment.
Today, J2S specialises in skilling and re-skilling people for entry or re-entry to the workforce. We offer face-to-face, online and blended training models to suit all participant requirements.
