Our CHC43015 – Certificate IV in Ageing Support reflects the role of support workers who complete specialised tasks and functions in aged services; either in residential, home or community based environments. Workers will take responsibility for their own outputs within defined organisation guidelines and maintain quality service delivery through the development, facilitation and review of individualised service planning and delivery.
Workers may be required to demonstrate leadership and have limited responsibility for the organisation and the quantity and quality of outputs of others within limited parameters.
This aged care course has been developed in consultation with those who work in the industry.
Upon successfully completing this qualification, you will be able to:
Identify safe work practices for direct client care;
Facilitate the rights, interests and empowerment of clients; and
Identify and meet the support needs of clients.
There are no pre-requisites for this course. Students are required to provide their Unique Student Identifier, photo identification and meet the language, literacy, and numeracy requirements.

Successful completion of the CHC43015 – Certificate IV in Ageing Support, may lead to employment opportunities, including:

Duration & Mode
This qualification can be completed in six months. The volume of learning offered by our organisation may vary per student depending on their existing skills and knowledge. More experienced students are likely to complete at the lower end of the volume and less experienced at the higher end.
On average students are required to study a minimum of 25 hours per week consisting of Online Assessments, Self-Directed Study and some Face to Face classes. Each student will be provided with a course delivery schedule including the location of Face to Face classes.

This nationally recognised qualification is delivered and assessed by Work Savvy Pty Ltd , RTO Code 91778, ABN 20 132 057 384.
To participate in nationally recognised training you will need to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI).

Stride Learning’s registered training organisations (RTOs) do not accept upfront payments of more than $1,500. If a student’s fee is more than this amount, the support of a flexible payment plan will be offered to students.
